STEAM4LIFE focuses on empowering Higher Education students (with a focus on women) to actively engage in the STEAM field, while promoting higher educational institutes in building their capacity to implement innovative STEAM activities and approaches. This will help to empower and encourage women in the STEAM field, enhancing their confidence and self-esteem and positively affecting their future career choices.

Students will learn about the following topics:

Module Topic 1: Industry vs. HE skills in STEAM from the industry perspective.

Module Topic 2: STEAM and gender equality: needs, realities, and gender inequalities in STEAM from the industry perspective.
Module Topic 3: Formats and models of collaboration between industries and HEI to mobilise women in STEAM from the industry perspective.
Module Topic 4: STEAM Career and Imposter Syndrome.

By completing this course, participants will achieve learning outcomes and learn skills such as:

·       Equip Industry leaders/ professionals with theoretical skills that will help encourage students to continue their passion for STEAM

·       Encourage women in STEAM careers.
